Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is a competitive athlete. She started participating in fitness competitions at the age of sixteen after having ended gymnastics in her youth. In 2017, she was 17 years old when she was awarded her Professional Card. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. When she was 16, she began taking part in fitness events after she quit gymnastics. She earned her Pro Card within a year, at the age of 17. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is one of the most youthful IFBB Pro. Once she received her Professional Card, Ariel was able to take six years off the stage in order to complete her college education. In 2015 continued her earlier efforts. In the past, she participated in events of the highest level such as Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. She kept competing after her first show for a few years, aiming for bigger and better goals each year. By the end of 2009 she had won four health titles. In 2009, she became the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champ. She was also one of the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged only 17). Ariel Ariel Ariel has taken an absence of six years from competitive sports following her professional card's issuance to complete her college degree. When she earned her IFBB Fitness Pro Card Ariel returned to the sport with a bang in her first competition at the Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. In the end, she placed 3rd in the competition. The summer of 2016 saw her was the winner of her place in the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. As a result, she was able to participate in Fitness Olympia. After three months of training, she appeared on the stage at the Olympia, where she took 6th in The Fitness Division. Ariel admitted that she did not have any expectations before and was very satisfied with the results. It is no surprise that Ariel was able to place well, considering that she was competing with top-of-the-line athletes. Ariel continues to impress bringing an improved version of her body every year. Ariel enjoys working her back. It consists of lat pull-downs, bent rows with a single arm on a pull-up machine as well as the seated rows. She warms-up first before moving on to exercises. Ariel is also known for making the most of her time. The way she achieves this is by supersetting her back exercises. A total of three or four supersets of 10-12 reps are done.
